Ingredients:
Waffle mix 250 grams (1 3/2 cups)
250g fresh milk (1 cup)
Whole eggs 50 grams (1 piece)
Butter/margarine 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Preparation method:
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Blend it together in a blender for about 3-4 minutes until you get a smooth paste
Soft dough with a creamy consistency. Grease a waffle mold with oil and heat it up to (180-200°C).
Pour the waffle batter into the middle of the waffle mold and close the mold to bake the waffle for 3-5 minutes.
until you get a golden color. Gently remove the waffle pieces from the mold.
