Sponge cake mix

Suggested recipe:
Sponge Cake / Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
Heart Dream 7 Stars Vanilla 1000g (5 Cups)
Whole eggs 750g (15 eggs)
Water 100 grams (1/3 cup)
Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients together for 1 minute on slow speed, then 7 minutes on high speed.
Then for a minute at a slow speed.
Baking method for sponge cake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C
(depending on the type of oven).
For swissroll:
(To make swissroll, add: 2 eggs and 50 grams of melted butter to the basic recipe)
Bake the swissroll for 6-8 minutes at a temperature of 220-230°C
(depending on the type of oven).
