Mix for the preparation of bavarois and mousse


Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  1. Zeesan Neutral 50 g (1/4 cup)
  2. Warm Water 62.5 g (1/4 cup)
  3. Semi Whipped Cream or Topping 250 g (2 cups)



Preparation Method:

  • Mix the Zeesan Neutral and water. Blend the semi whipped cream or topping carefully with Zeesan Neutral/water mixture.
  • Put the product in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to Stabilize.
