Chocolate Mousse

Mix for the preparation of bavarois and mousse

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  1. Chocolate Mousse Mix 50 g (1/4 cup)
  2. Water 100 g (1/3 cup)
  3. Semi Whipped Cream or Topping 62.5 g (1/4 cup)



Preparation Method:

  • Mix the Chocolate Mousse Mix and water.Blend the semi whipped cream or topping carefully with Zeesan Tiramisu/water mixture.
  • Put the product in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to Stabilize.
